| Unable to view the statement online due to it being a term deposit. I like to update my accounting system to know exactly what I have and it will not show any transactions other than the final figure. | Earlier this year ANZ wanted to pay 6%. I had a letter that entitled me to 6.2% and had to take the letter into the branch and push for 6.2%. I was advised interest rates would go up and to invest for 6 months. 20th July the 6 months had ended. ANZ advised it was now invested at5.4%. I had to call the bank and the best they could offer was a 5.8% special for 5 months. I accepted this and now regret it. I wish I had asked for my money. ANZ were offering 6% yesterday. When the term deposit matures I will be taking my money elsewhere. Reviewed 15 days ago |
