| I feel that this bank places a huge emphasis on giving customers a very special and unique experience where they give calls now and then mostly just to check how u are doing and the like. As for whether this is the same at all branches I can't say it is as I have gotten very mediocre services near the central melbourne branches but overall it is a very satisfying experience from this bank.
