I recently go a ubank term deposit. The rate is very competitive but I have had problems with their service. I had to mail the cheque as they could not do electronic transfer from my bank. It took four days for them to "receive" the cheque and a further 5 days for it to clear. All during this time I got reminders by email and snail mail to deposit the funds they had already received.
