Tigerair launches massive domestic flight sale with fares starting from $29
With only a few more weeks 'till Christmas, Tigerair has launched a surprise 48 hour sale, which started at 6am this morning and will run until midday tomorrow with ticket prices starting from as little as $29 each way.
“Summer is nearly here and Tigerair’s great value fares mean you can see more of Australia more often,” Australia Head of Communications, Vanessa Regan said in a statement.
The tickets on sale are for flights just around the corner in February and March, which means they’ll likely be a sellout.

Domestic travellers have a range of Tigerair flights around the country to take their pick from. A flight from Sydney to the Whitsunday Coast will only set customers back $69, while Melbourne to Adelaide is on sale for $29 one-way.
“While many people have already planned their Christmas holiday break, today’s sale means there’s no excuse to put off a short break away in February or March as the back to work blues set in,” Regan said.
Tigerair is known for throwing surprise sales throughout the year, like the time they celebrated 17 million customers with $17 return sales. Only recently the airline turned eight, which prompted today’s surprise sale.
This flights sale ends at midday tomorrow AEDT, unless they sell out before then. Here are the prices:
