TripAdvisor launches new online service down under
It is increasingly clear that the travel industry is becoming more reliant on the internet, as holidaymakers are attracted to the convenience of booking trips abroad from the comfort of their own home. In doing so, they are often able to find cheaper packages than they would be offered in a high street travel agent and can also compare online travel money rates more closely to make sure they get the best deals. Such is the booming popularity of online bookings, Nick Longman of Tui Travel recently predicted that paper-based holiday brochures would no longer be in circulation in five years' time. Aussies' lives have been made even easier this week, as TripAdvisor has launched a new flight search website down under. Users of the site simply enter their details before it generates a list of the cheapest and most convenient trips for them. It also allows Aussies planning a tour around Europe to compare the most affordable rail fares with the least expensive air tickets. Have a question about travel money?
