Baby Bronx 'lacks selling power'

With reports of stars being bitten by the credit crunch becoming increasingly common, it appears Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz are the latest to be grounded in the economic recession.

According to Nine MSN, the couple have been unable to cash in on the perennial earner that is selling off celebrity baby pics.

Despite entreaties to various glossies, the couple have as yet attracted no attention, with the reports indicating that the pair just don’t shift magazines.

However, Ashlee doesn’t appear to be too fazed by her lack of selling power, with a new blog entry gushing about the new addition to the family.

“Motherhood is the most fantastic experience I have ever been thru, Bronx makes me laugh and smile everyday,” she wrote.

She added that she can’t wait to spend her first Christmas with husband and son.

Ashlee and the Fallout Boy star tied the knot in May and brought Bronx Mogli into the world in November.
