Lindsay expresses love with a bank account

Lindsay Lohan is reportedly “hell-bent” on allaying rumours that her tryst with celebrity DJ Sam Ronson is all just a bit of publicity – and has even opened a joint bank account to prove it.

An inside source close to the Mean Girls star has told British paper the Daily Express that Lohan has put all her earnings from a stint on hit US comedy Ugly Betty in a joint account as a pledge to her lover.

However, the source added that it is unlikely that Sam is going to be snapped splashing the cash on expensive gifts.

“Sam is completely disinterested in shopping and things, whereas Lindsay loves to spend and always says she wants to be as rich as possible.”

It may well be that the joint bank account acts as an anchor between the two girls, at least when it comes to the financial side of their relationship.
