Great credit union, friendly staff, ready to help

We have been with CUA for many years doing our everyday banking. They have an easy to use internet banking site. We have always had great customer service. Only problem is we occasionally get paid by cheque and have to travel a distance to a branch to deposit it.

    Difficult bank.

Worst bank ever. My gym direct debit fortnightly for 10 months, then CUA decided to block the transaction, causing late fees, and embarrassing conversations every fortnight at the gym. They constantly make changes "for our protection." Very difficult bank to deal with.

Great service in my local branch.

CUA is a friendly branch, very helpful. I also have a savings account that gets 6% interest on the balance as long as you save regularly.
