REST Industry Super crowned best business superannuation manager of 2014

REST Industry Super, one of Australia’s largest super funds, was ranked number one at the Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards, claiming the highest customer satisfaction for most months last year.

The award was based on monthly surveys conducted by Roy Morgan of around 12,000 business decision makers across Australia.

“We are proud and honoured to receive a customer satisfaction award based on feedback from our employers,” said REST executive officer, Damian Hill.

“We will continue to focus on delivering great customer service, a strong product range and consistent long-term investment performance as we work to make a real difference to the retirement of millions of Australians.”

Some of the initiatives that REST Industry Super have introduced to help improve business customer satisfaction include launching an innovative REST Corporate product in 2013, which helps employers comply with their superannuation guarantee obligations.

In addition, the superannuation company introduced access to a new third party clearing house facility, which allows businesses to pay their contributions to REST with one file and one payment, no matter the number of default or choice funds.
