Mac Bank 'sets the standard' with new credit card
Macquarie Bank has given other credit card providers plenty of food for thought with its new “business class” plastic offering, Business Spectator has enthused.
The company has just brought out its new Visa Platinum credit card, which boasts the kind of technology that will surely make those using it the envy of their social circle.
One of the smart new advances is a chip which allows shoppers to wave the credit card over a reader and pay for items via “contactless technology”.
"The killer blow in the positioning of this product however is the use of “Advantage Lines” at SCG and Sydney Football Stadium," says Spectator contributor Nick Samios.
Much like a business class check-in facility, this technology allows the smug owners of the credit card to bypass the queuing punters eager to get a beer at the bar and pick up a brew from an express lane in a fraction of the time.
