They have an easy to use online system with 24/7 customer support, who are willing to assist in any way possible. I have not had any issues and when I have queries they are tended to immediately.

High fees and charges, not my first choice

The late fees and over limit fees are still among the highest. Just 6 days overdue and the calls will commence, up to 5 calls each day + emails and sms and letters. Ensure that payments are made on or before time regardless of whether it's a one off.
