It is linked to savings account and can be used as credit or debit I have never had any problem with it and their service is great. I don't pay any annual fee and I rarely go into credit but have peace of mind whenever I use it and I can not recall a time what interest I have paid is s much as the annual fee on most other cards. I don't think they are worth the cost for the very little benefit they give and there is no way I would trust a bank again.
