Green Energy gifts for Porsche Cayenne S E-Hybrid buyers in Australia
Good news for environment conscious car lovers - Porsche Cars Australia (PCA) has announced that it will purchase 10,000km-worth of accredited renewable energy on behalf of every buyer of a Porsche Cayenne S E-Hybrid, reported msn news.

Porsche Cars Australia “is reinforcing its commitment to sustainable ‘E Mobility’ by working with Origin Energy to purchase 100% GreenPower accredited renewable energy on behalf of every buyer of a Porsche Cayenne S E-Hybrid” the company said in a statement.
This upfront purchase of green power by Porsche and Origin Energy will make sure that buyers as well as current owners will be aware that the first 10,000km of charged electric driving is being “offset by accredited renewable energy producing zero emissions”.
Each customer’s ‘Welcome Kit’ will also contain a confirmation for this in the form of a Green Energy Certificate. In addition, all Porsche’s plug-in Hybrid vehicles now come with ChargePoint cards, which lets customers charge their E-Hybrid vehicles at any ChargePoint stations across the country.
ChargePoint is an electric vehicle charging network across Australia and New Zealand, which provides safe and convenient public as well as private charging stations powered by GreenPower for electric vehicles.
