Hinze and Clark buy up Sydney pad at a snip

Kristy Hinze and Jim Clark have reportedly snapped up a luxury apartment overlooking Sydney Harbour.
A snip at the price of $7.4 million, the property features floor-to-ceiling glass doors and an expansive balcony overlooking the Harbour Bridge and the Opera House.
The Sunday Telegraph reported that the property went on to the market at $14 million, but plunged in value after its original owner defaulted on the home loan for the property.
Although model Hinze has told her friends that she has sealed the deal on the Point Piper property, the paper was unable to confirm whether the receivers have accepted her offer.
While Sydney’s luxury property market has suffered blow after blow in the economic crisis, the Sunday Telegraph has reported that the city’s "toughest" areas have enjoyed a property boom in recent months, with massive inward investment said to be flowing into the western suburbs.
