Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Ask for ridiculous documents at the last minute so you can't possibly settle in time. Sit on hold for ages if you want to talk to someone, then get cut off half way through a phone call (that takes about 30mins and still gets no resolution). Won't call back unless you get a supervisor to instruct the phone operator. Put money into wrong accounts then have lots of trouble trying to rectify it. DON'T BANK WITH THEM- waste of time and money.
