Variable Rate Home Loans

Opt for a variable rate Basic Home Loan from Northern Inland Credit Union, and you can borrow up to 95% of the property’s value. Loans start from $150,000 and an upfront application and ongoing monthly service fee applies. The variable rate Smart Home Loan offer is also available for loans up to 95% of the property's value, but the minimum amount you can borrow drops down to $20,000 and you’ll only pay an application fee. Both options come with unlimited fee-free extra repayments, and a redraw facility - but while redraws are fee-free with the Smart Home Loan, with the Basic Home Loan each redraw will attract a fee. The Smart Home Loan offer also comes with the use of an offset account and the option to split between fixed and variable rates.

If you’ve been making extra repayments but suddenly find yourself needing some of those funds back, then you can take advantage of the redraw facility. Exceptional service

They are regionally based with a customer service team who know each client and their needs. They go above and beyond to ensure you are being serviced correctly. I also like the personal touches such as delivering quotes to my work place to save me time.
