1 year term: Offers a fixed rate of 5.29% p.a.(3.50% comparison rate*) for investors making principal and interest repayments and a 5.79% (3.31% comparison rate*) for investors making interest only repayments with a 10% deposit.

2 year term: Fixed rates of 5.89% (3.72% comparison rate*) are available for borrowers.

3 year term: This term offers fixed rates of 6.39% (3.99% comparison rate*) for borrowers making principal and interest repayments. Investors making interest-only repayments will be able to access fixed rates of 6.49% (3.99% comparison rate*).

The minimum loan amount is $250,000 and the maximum is $3,500,000. For all loan terms, you will need to budget for a range of fees, including a $440 application fee, $297 legal fee, $250 valuation fee and $150 settlement fee.

When it comes to features, all borrowers with a Fixed Rate Wealth Maximizer home loan will be able to make free extra repayments, split their loan, choose their repayment schedule (either weekly, fortnightly or monthly) and even make use of an offset account for $10 a month.
