With a number of additional extras such as automatic flood cover and temporary accommodation costs on top of all the basic features, it's a policy that could be worth checking out.
Unlike many other insurers, CommInsure provides flood cover among its range of standard insured events in addition to cover for fire, theft, and damage from falling trees amongst others. You’ll also have the choice to purchase cover for accidental loss and damage as an optional extra.

And just in case the costs of repairing or replacing your contents is more than you anticipated, you'll be covered for an additional 25% of the sum insured with CommInsure's gap cover (aka underinsurance protection).
