After a hugely successful debut in 2019, Festival X finally returned in late 2022 with an unbeatable lineup of award-winning hip-hop, dance, EDM and electronic music acts.

Think of Festival X as a hybrid between (the now discontinued) Stereosonic and Superfest. In other words, it’s always sure to be a cracker of a day.

This year we saw artists like Calvin Harris, Megan Thee Stallion, Don Toliver, Boys Noize, Green Velvet, John Summit, Luude, Marlo and loads more!

EVENT UPDATE (23/11/2022): Megan Thee Stallion drops out of Festival X 2022

Festival X organisers announced (at 9am on Wednesday, the 23rd of November 2022) in an Instagram post and email to ticket-holders that "due to unforeseen circumstances, Megan Thee Stallion will not be able to travel to Australia to perform at Festival X".

Unfortunately the festival's organisers were unable to secure a fill-in for the headline act, "it has not been possible to find a replacement at such short notice."

In the announcement post, Festival X organisers said that "If you have any concerns, please visit Moshtix Customer Service and register your enquiry before 5PM on Friday 25th November."

Ah, Splendour. The quintessential Australian music festival. First starting in 2001, Splendour In The Grass is one of Australia’s biggest annual music festivals, which takes place every July at North Byron Parklands in Byron Bay (A.K.A. Aussie music festival mecca). 

This three-day extravaganza is a helluva time and is famous for serving up killer acts across a wide range of different genres.

EVENT UPDATE: After 28 years, Falls Festival has been cancelled for 2024.

Attending Falls Festival has been a long-running tradition for many Aussies. Seriously. Name a better way to ring in the new year than at an epic 3-day music festival with all your mates. This year, Falls Festival lovers will, unfortunately, have to find a new way to ring in the new year.

While Byron Bay was Falls Festival’s original home – in 2021, Falls brought the party to two new locations: Birregurra, Victoria and Fremantle, Western Australia. 

(PAST EVENT) 2022/23 lineup: Arctic Monkeys, Lil Nas X, Aminé, Ocean Alley, Spacey Jane, DMA’s, G-Flip, Rico Nasty, Peach PRC – and that’s only scratching the surface. And if that wasn’t enough, The OG Wiggles also made a special guest appearance! What a show!
