The credit union I am with was convenient when opened as that was where I worked and they were open Saturday morning's and they had a flat fee rate for all transactions, now they don't open Saturdays and their rates have gone up to nearly in total $25 per month.

Credit Unions used to be the best and for the people now they are as hungry as the banks with fees etc. Even if their ATM doesn't work at the office they still charge you the extra counter fee. Credit Unions are not what they used to be
Bank Fees are low and on their Moneymax online account, the interest is good. Deposits can be made at NAB branches. Withdrawals at Rediteller or NAB ATMs are free.
Whenever I have a problem they are able to fix it.
