They charged me $1000 on top of my excess for a claim because their app that was downloaded on my phone was not connected to my policy. When I opened the app and their logo popped. I truly thought I did what I needed to do. I feel ripped off. How can you explain $1000 saying your app can track how good of s driver I am? I have never copped a fine in my life! Unprofessional, I will never go with them again and would never ever recommend them to anyone. Way better options out there.

They are very affordable and the insurance covers numerous issues and is very comprehensive. They are trustworthy and reliable and they have people's best interest in mind. They care about safety for yourself and also all other drivers on the road
This was a great company to choose because of their competitive price. Even as a P plater, my insurance for a year prepaid was less than most others over 25 years of age. Full coverage and they have an easy app to use, so if you ever need to make a claim, you go through their app. One difference I have never experienced is that they give you a beacon to place on your dashboard, and it tracks the way you drive and gives you a rating on the app. So if you speed or don’t follow the road rules, it will give you a worse score than if you do follow the road rules. They then use this information for future claims and future quotes for your insurance.
I did an online scan for the cheapest insurer and they were the cheapest by far with the right amount of coverage for me. Happy with my choice.
