My experience when I had to make any claim could not be faulted. Customer service arranged for a firm to come to and fix the problems, they (Comminsure) tended to all the other claims against me. The people that came were absolutely excellent, they tended to all the damage, took photos and sent them to the insurance company. They paid the claim by check and I arranged the repairs. They would have done them all but it suited me to have a cash settlement.
Have been waiting for my claim to get approved since Christmas day 26/12/19. I choose their builder to perform the works. They informed me 3 days ago that their builder cant do the job and i need to find one. These delays are effecting my health as i need to move around hotels as im 85 years old and coronavirus is on. They did not care about my health risk with this pandemic
