The best customer service any bank could ever offer, it is a relatively small bank (from my understanding), but that makes the customer service all that more personal. The interest rates were the best ones that were around at the time for us, they pass on as much of the rate cuts as they can, and their Online services are very simple to use and contain many options for customers to have lots of control over their accounts to complete what ever they need.
