This credit union is fantastic, You really feel like you are being looked after and when you need assistance, you don't spend all day on hold or listening to pre-recorded messages. The only negative would have to be the location as I have moved away from the area of their Bundoora branch, it makes it quite difficult to get there when i have to go into their offices in person Overall a great bank which gives you A+ service !
