I have banked with The Northern Inland Credit Union for over thirty years and have never had any problems. The staff and management are courteous, friendly and above all efficient. No transaction is too difficult or too hard. All the staff without exception seem like one Large Country Family unlike many of the City Bank. The NICU has only "pros" and not one "con" that I can think of.

I have banking with NICU for many years now, and their customer service is off the scale ! Always extremely helpful and happy to assist in any way they can. I would never move away from the NICU - not for all the tea in China !!
