Quote came in at about half of what every other insurer was wanting so seems like excellent value. Problem is they refused to insure my car because it has a dealer fitted, factory exhaust. They claim this is a performance modification despite the fact it is a factory exhaust built for that car and doesn't change the performance at all.
Terrible company. Would not recommend. Wrote off a perfectly repairable car, no communication, nothing. They also have no option to buy the car back off them if you dont want to settle.
I can't fault these guys. It was the cheapest quote for my car. They also allow you to pay monthly at no extra cost. And there was no quibble when I claimed for a windscreen replacement. Excellent, excellent! Only thing I would like is they have roadside assist as an option.
