I love that this bank only has a small amount of customers unlike the big banks so you get professional service and generally speak to the same person all the time. It is hard to find branches only because it is so small, however the internet banking and service you get when you call up certainly make up for that factor.
Not as stressful as going to other banks.
They are a great bank to have a car loan. I don't do my day to day banking as they don't have the same features. However they make up for it by having no waiting times when I call with any issues and always very personable on the phone.
The Queenslanders Secured Car loan is a low interest and easy to manage lending service. The terms are flexible for the customer and with online access displayed through the net banking site it is simple to view payments and progress for paying off this loan. I have had 2 secured car loans with Queenslanders and could not find a better interest rate for purchasing a new car.
