Branches are not easily assessable, only one in Brisbane city.
I have been with this Credit Union for over 30 years and have always had excellent service. Eg. When my Visa card was hijacked the Credit Unit immediately refunded money into my account while investigations continued.

I like this credit union because their customer service has been great - you always get a real person really quickly on the phone - who (if you have stopped at your local Qlders Credit Union) you have probably met. They have competitive rates and flexible access to accounts and services.
