I like this bank because they always answer calls straight away and provide as much information and assistance that's required. One thing that sucks however is the accessibility of the store--- they only have one branch and since moving to another town, banking has become slightly difficult.
The credit union is prompt in follow up to queries and resolves problems within 24hrs.
I will only bank through this credit union because they are the only ones that would even look at me when I was looking to purchase my house. They could not have been more helpful. Over the years, I have refinanced and also had my car loans through them. They are in the business of helping people realise their dreams, not of taking them away like the big 4 do. I have highly recommended this credit union and my family have all switched their banking to them also. I currently pay no fees (conditions do apply for this) and have one of the lowest interest rates. I highly recommended.
