ANZ has announced the launch of MoneyManager, an online service which will allow Aussies to keep track of all their finances in one place – from savings accounts to credit card payments.

Currently in beta testing, the online service securely tracks info from various bank account providers.

Such a service could well prove useful for many Australians, who typically have bank accounts, home loans and savings accounts with four different providers.

ANZ MoneyManager can help provide people with valuable insights into their finances and spending habits by bringing all their information into one secure place, so they can make better informed decisions,” said Sam Plowman, head of online bank accounts at the bank.

At the moment, the service does not perform transactions and is a “view only” service.

It seems the banks are keen to capitalise on web-savvy savers, with NAB recently unveiling uBank, an online service offering high interest savings and aimed at those ‘self-serve’ Aussies who are happy to take their savings by the reins.ADNFCR-1761-ID-18829659-ADNFCR
