TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. This competition is open to Australian residents only, commencing 1 February 2010. Entries close on 31 May 2010.
2. The promotional material, information on how to enter and prize details form part of these rules. To be eligible to enter the competition, you must reply in accordance with the conditions specified in this promotion.
3. Mozo reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with either the conditions of entry or our Terms of Use – Ratings and Reviews.
4. The winner will be judged at Mozo Pty Ltd Suite 205, 177 William Street, Darlinghurst NSW, on June 10 2010.
5. This is a game of skill. Each entry will be individually judged and the best entry will be determined by the judges. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. The winner will receive a 13” Apple, valued at AU$1,299.00. Total Number of prizes: 1. Total value of giveaway: AU$1,299.00. Prize is not redeemable for cash.
7. The prizewinner will be notified by email within one week after the winner is selected. If a winner cannot take the prize as stipulated or if it is unclaimed, the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the second best valid entry.
8. All entries become the property of the promoter and may be used in print and all electronic media. The promoter may use the entries for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. The promoter’s decision on all matters pertaining to this promotion is final.
