I love not having to search for my own bank's atm, and getting the money back from any other bank's atm charges. Plus, it's a pretty colour card, and I've had lots of comments from other people on the card colour. Full review

I like this product as it gives me flexibility and security for my money. They are very amendable eg. when a public holiday interrupted my monthly pay. I was given a fee but when i explained what had happened, they apologized and immediately took the fee off. When i have a problem and i need to speak to someone on the phone there is only a slight wait and they are polite and courteous. (they have always fixed my problem) when i go into the bank i always leave with a smile.there are zero fees, so they are not greedy.

Their online banking is clear and simple to use and best of all for those in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, you can call them when you get home from work at night straight from your couch because their call centre is based in Perth, 3 hours behind the east coast.

Bankwest pays ATM fees for several other banks as they recognize that accessing their branch is not always possible. They also allow $100 overdraft fee-free. Website is easy to navigate and use.

I an extremely happy with my BankWest Zero Account as using my Debit card allows me to manage my funds the way I want to . I had an unfortunate experience recently where I lost my Debit Card and the bank staff were most helpful in assisting me in getting funds from my account and arranging for a new card. All was completed within 7 days and I was then able to carry on as normal. As I am an senior citizen and widower little mishaps like losing ones card can cause much stress, so again I must say BankWest staff at my branch are wonderful. Thank you.
