        I use this bank for Business and Personal banking. Just perfect for the last 15 years and I will always use them as my main bank. I also use ANZ and Westpac but they are not as good as the Heritage Bank in many ways.       Full review

        I have just come out of a domestic violence situation and found that my monthly pay had been accessed my card and taken out a $1000. I called the bank and they put my account on hold however when I changed the pin at a branch they only changed one...       Full review 

        I have just come out of a domestic violence situation and found that my monthly pay had been accessed my card and taken out a $1000. I called the bank and they put my account on hold however when I changed the pin at a branch they only changed one card not the others hence he cleaned me out completely. I have no money till the next pay day and the bank never asked me did you have any other cards. I was upset enough as it was

        A decent product but I do not like to be charged for using my money. I get 10 free ATM/shop uses then after that I pay for every one. I can access online, by app and in person.       Full review

        I honestly think that Heritage bank is not as competitive as the National Australia Bank but as ive been with heritage and only heritage i dont feel the need to change, i have never been at an inconvenience because of Heritage bank and dont feel the need to change unless something from another bank really appeals to me, without any catches, fees or charges or any problems that may occur.
