Best customer service ever received at a bank
They are helpful, treat us like we are important even though we don't have millions of dollars in our accounts. Internet access is great but no close local branches, 30 minutes drive to the closes branch is the only disadvantage, but rarely need t... Full review
They are helpful, treat us like we are important even though we don't have millions of dollars in our accounts. Internet access is great but no close local branches, 30 minutes drive to the closes branch is the only disadvantage, but rarely need to go to a branch as can use any St George or Westpac ATM.

The day to day account meets all my needs - the only downside is the lack of physical branches however I do almost all my banking online and HSBC's internet banking system is the best I have come across. You can share ATM's with of couple of other... Full review
The day to day account meets all my needs - the only downside is the lack of physical branches however I do almost all my banking online and HSBC's internet banking system is the best I have come across. You can share ATM's with of couple of other banks so obtaining cash is easy. Terrific customer service and support as well, with helpful and intelligent people in their call centres.
