Terrible Support and Unresolved Xero Bank Feed Issue We’ve been banking with NAB for years, but this recent experience with Xero bank feeds has made us question why we’re still here. • Since 4 February, we’ve been unable to connect our NAB business account to Xero, meaning we’ve had to waste time manually importing transactions every day. • NAB’s response? Repeatedly telling us they “can’t help” and sending us in circles between their frontline support and Xero. • I’ve spent hours on the phone with NAB support, and every consultant has had no clue how to fix the problem—instead, they tell us to call Xero, who then tells us to call NAB again. • Even when escalated, NAB has been completely ineffective in providing a solution. For a bank of NAB’s size, this level of technical incompetence and poor customer service is unacceptable. If you run a business and rely on bank feeds with Xero, do yourself a favour and look elsewhere—because when something breaks, NAB won’t be there to fix it.
NAB have been safe and affordable. They are reliable, cost effective and trustworthy.
Changed to Nab over 30 years ago and not had a problem that could not be resolved, staff always pleasant and helpful whether local or on phone, emails with updates and new products very informative and easy to understand, highly recommend
I only joined this bank, this year. I have lots of confidence with this bank,for example i like to surf the internet. If i try and buy something, they respond very quickly and won't let the transancation go through because its a scam. Also just recently i was involved in what i thought was a legitimate business.That turned out after 3 months to be a scam as well.They refunded all my money which i am extremely grateful for.The staff are very friendly and always helpful.The only thing i can say i dislike is when they close the bank for an hour over lunch time.Their have been a couple of occasions when this has happened and i couldn't wait.Overall great bank to work with.
Most banks these days have lost trust with their customers. Nab is no different. They don't care about their customers and cost of living and pressures thesedays. We are all just a number.

To set up online banking, visit the NAB website and register for online banking. Provide your personal details. Once registered, manage your account via your digital profile on the bank’s website or app.
There are no monthly account-keeping fees, domestic ATM withdrawal fees or overdrawn account fees. However, you may be charged interest if your account is in the negative. Additionally, international transaction and ATM withdrawal fees apply.
The fastest and simplest way to close your account is through NAB Messaging in the NAB app or via NAB Internet Banking. You can also call the bank’s customer service number. Before you close your account, remember to:
