I truly believe that the NAB is the perfect balance between cutting edge technology in the way they make their services and product available as well as ensuring the highest level of security for their clients. I think that the security options can tend to work against the customer at times however the NAB classic banking and debit credit card option is not only a versatile but convenient way to bank! The NAB in my opinion has the best products on the market and cater for a greater age and economic range.

Due to personal circumstances, I was having trouble my finances. I had fallen behind with paying many bills and needed assistance. I saw my bank manager and NAB came to the rescue. They helped me to re-organize my financial situation and with their help I was able to get back on top once more. Thanks to their assistance, I am now debt (and stress) free.

The NAB Classing Banking account is AWESOME because there are no monthly account keeping fees! I made the switch to NAB a few years ago when I went travelling because my bank did not offer a suitable account to use overseas. I'm so glad I changed banks, I just wish I had done it sooner to save on all those HORRIBLE account keeping fees! They are unnecessary, just ask NAB! :)

I switched from Suncorp to NAB about 2 years ago because I was sick of overdrawing fees being $40+. It was hard when I wasn't on top of my bills and being on a budget. My sister suggested NAB and they abolished overdrawing fees not long after I joined them which made it a lot less stressful as you do have the occasional bad week with bills and other expenses. I get 5% interest p.a with my savings account and ATM's fee's aren't a problem since rediATM's are everywhere. If they aren't any there is usually a NAB ATM close-by. Overall I'm quite pleased with the current state of the bank and how they operate and I'm sure I will be using them for a long time to come.

I have been dissatisfied with the in branch customer service I received. I made an appointment a few months ago to talk with someone about my best options in opening a new account to start saving for a house. I arrived for my appointment to be advised a walk in who was enquiring about a home loan had taken my appointment & I was expected to wait 20-30mins to see the person I had originally made the appointment with. It appeared to me that as I did not have the money then & there & was not in a position to sign on the dotted line I was regarded as less of a priority. Both my partner & I have been a customer of NAB for many years & both of us are looking to take our business elsewhere & will apply for our home loan with another lender when the time comes.

You hear all the time about the banks taking our money, but I come from a smaller town where the banking is made easy, the staff know you by name, being a student they give you tips on how to avoid fees and support community events to help make them the best they can be. Sure they are there to promote themselves, but without their support many local events wouldn't be as successful. Knowing this particular branch supports myself and the community make it easier and less hassle to maintain a ties with the bank...plus I don't mind the pink debit card!!

I like NAB classical a/c product first of all, it is free to open your account. and this is so good that you do not have to pay a single penny for everyday ATM access and it accepts zero balance. However, I had to admit that there are some limitations are there. for example, you are going to pay $8.00. For every bank/cheque transactions. In addition, there are no reward programs attach to this account. For instance, every time customer pays some amount while purchasing using their NAB debit cards. To sum up, more people join and continue to enjoy their account with the NAB especially when they introduce rewards scheme attached to the account.

I switched to a NAB savings account as there are absolutely no monthly fees whatsoever. When I recently went overseas, they changed me to a Gold account so that I could make unlimited ATM withdrawals at no charge, and there were so many compatible ATMs that I couldn't walk 10 metres without seeing one! They changed me back to my normal account when I returned from holidays and I paid nothing extra. A bonus is that they have just updated their iPhone app for internet banking so that it is much easier to use.
