This product is great. No monthly fees is the best part. Bank open on Saturdays is another big plus...Only down side is mobile banking, it isn't the easiest that I have used but it does do the job Full review

My BOQ is the best, they have an award to prove it
I love my bank account and I love my bank/branch! There are only pros with this bank, no cons as I believe they are the best bank i have ever dealt with. They are wonderful people that work in my forest lake branch and they work very hard to earn ... Full review
I love my bank account and I love my bank/branch! There are only pros with this bank, no cons as I believe they are the best bank i have ever dealt with. They are wonderful people that work in my forest lake branch and they work very hard to earn they're well deserved reputation. They even won an award to prove they are the best owner/managed BOQ branch in QLD and i was really proud when i found out. I also have a personal loan account with them and we recently came into some financial trouble and were unable to make our payments but the staff at BOQ were wonderful and helped us get through the difficult time. So all in all I highly recommend this bank to anyone looking to sign up!

As with all products there is good and bad. The staff are wonderful the service can be a bit slow at times but very friendly. Have a couple of fees that I do not approve of,1.the over drawn fee of $30? and the @2 fee for withdrawal at a non BOQ AT... Full review
