      The Bendigo bank staff go out of their way to make you feel important and assist you to get the very best deal on all their products. They even know my name and when I call on the phone a real person at my own branch answers the call.       Full review

      Soooo efficient. They go out of their way to phone contact prior to maturity to see if they can assist, without you needing to make a trip in to see them. Living in a regional remote area it is very beneficial.       Full review

      I like the Bendigo Bank as it has low fee's and charges and customer service is excellent and term deposit's have excellent interest rates very competitive with the other major banks as I looked at them all when Bendigo interest rate dropped in September 2011, but I shopped around with them and got some good suggestions and just shifted my money to another one of their products

      Very easy to arrange a term deposit - less than five minutes - and I went away with a certificate too! Price was competitive but we value the convenience and the service. We also appreciate that our banking helps provide sponsorship for local groups - for example in past years our banking with our local community bank has meant that local sporting clubs, some of which our family has played at, can get sponsorship worth thousands of dollars.

      Bendigo Bank is a great bank to deal with on a day to day basis. But wait until you have to close a term deposit early!!! You only receive .25% interest on the money, calculated from the day of opening the term deposit, no matter how long the te...       Full review 

      Bendigo Bank is a great bank to deal with on a day to day basis. But wait until you have to close a term deposit early!!! You only receive .25% interest on the money, calculated from the day of opening the term deposit, no matter how long the term has already been going. So interest earned already for a year or more is taken away almost entirely. I will look at the "small print " a little more closely next time.
