The Bendigo and Adelaide branch in Elsternwick, Victoia, are undoubtedly the most professinal operation in banking in all of Australia.
We have had dealings with all the local, as well many intrnational banks.
NONE meet the standards set out by the Manager and staff of this particular branch of The Bendigo and Adelaide Bank.
We are proud to be customers of THIS branch.

I always find that Bendigo staff are cheerful, helpful and know their products. Fees and interest rates are always better, and even if they were not. I would continue with them for their friendly service. There are no Con's only benifits to be obtained by having any kind of account with them. As an ex finance worker I feel that I know slightly more than the the average person, therefore my opinion in regards to them can be relied on.

Our bank keeps us in the picture with our term deposit at one stage their percentage was higher than any other bank we made enquiries about. No cons with this product, the service with our branch is the best there is as they actually make phone calls to alert us of when the term deposit matures!
