      I am really happy with Bankwest. They are so supportive and someone always deals with any queries I have in a quick manner and they explain to me why/how my loan and account works with ease. I also have a credit card and my personal saving account...       Full review 

      I am really happy with Bankwest. They are so supportive and someone always deals with any queries I have in a quick manner and they explain to me why/how my loan and account works with ease. I also have a credit card and my personal saving account with them and have never had an issue. If I am ever having trouble one week with a loan payment,all I need to do is contact them and they help me sort out a better plan and easier payment options. The customer service is the reason I will never switch banks.

      Bankwest won over my trust as a new customer and impressed me with their friendly, knowledgeable and professional customer service. They went the extra mile to help me compile my application for a personal loan their finance centre's consideration. And even took the time to discuss with me ways that I can save on interest by looking at the frequency and amount of repayments I could manage to make. Many of their products have attractive side benefits, including fee free withdrawals from any major bank ATMs and a 10 percent interest savings account for my young daughter. Their friendly and inviting customer service highlights how excellent and (from my past experiences) truly different this bank is.

      It is a great product, but the bank was so good before becoming a subsidiary of CBA. It is good for the consumers if the bank binds with their own strategies which the customers want to see rather than replicating CBA's processes.       Full review

I then cancelled the dreaded credit card as she suggested which is now an immense relief. I have been a bankwest customer since i was 9yrs old (11yrs ago) and have always been happy with their service!!

      I needed this loan for a 1 year period to allow us to maintain our lifestyle. I had just retired and was short of liquid funds until we could sell our farm property and move to town. Bankwest were the only Bank that had a product that suited us. It was affordable, easily understood and arranged easily and quickly. We had flexibility in terminating the loan without any extra fees. I would recommend this product to any other retirees who are short on superannuation and have good equity in a rural property.
