  They have extremely high interest & don't seem to want to try beat other banks. They have high loan cancellation fees & monthly fees. When I finally paid off my car loan off early, they still withdrew a monthly payment that week which I haven't re...       Full review 

  They have extremely high interest & don't seem to want to try beat other banks. They have high loan cancellation fees & monthly fees. When I finally paid off my car loan off early, they still withdrew a monthly payment that week which I haven't received back! Not Happy!!!

  Needed a new car fast, Wasn't sure if I would pass, team member was great, said he could relate, soon had the money in my grasp! Accounts are now linked, much easier than you think, totally recommend, tickled pink!       Full review

  There is no flexibility with the product, the rate is high and they charge you a monthly fee. Rip you off everywhere.       Full review

  This was a quick easy loan to apply for. We got immediate acceptance we only had to inform the bank of our agreed car pick up purchase dates, everything went smoothly. I had a few options in the way I could pay off the loan and chose to manage m...       Full review 

  This was a quick easy loan to apply for. We got immediate acceptance we only had to inform the bank of our agreed car pick up purchase dates, everything went smoothly. I had a few options in the way I could pay off the loan and chose to manage my payment via BPay, but might change to direct debit. As the car is a work vehicle I can claim tax deduction on my loan payments, and the bank has always been very helpful with any financial year information I have requested.

  I am very happy with my service, I use Internet Banking quite frequently and the way it is set up is in an easy to understand format. As this was my first loan, I would have like interest rates explained to me a little more, as it is an area I am not that clear on. However I was able to find most of what I was looking for on their website But overall I have never had any problems, and if I can't make a payment for whatever reason, such as lost my job, they are happy to suspend payments, within reason.

  Check your GST status for business car loans. Some options allow GST to be claimed straight away in full, and others do not. Ask about chattel mortgages if you want to claim in full at your next bas.       Full review

  Be aware of the interest rate as it can change on a daily basis. It doesn't pay you to come out of the contract early (ie. pay off the loan before time) so you should get the best interest rate possible, even if it means waiting a few days/weeks.       Full review

  I like that I get to speak to a friendly customer service rep and they always get back to my enquiries within 24 hours. I receive a discount for being a youth, which is very rare, and I have never had to make a complaint about anything.       Full review

  It is now very convenient as I can just transfer my weekly payment into my Car loan account rather than BPAYing it and it goes in straight away. Customer service has always been great every time i have rung. The dishonour fees are a little expensive.       Full review
