Coastline credit union are super helpful in their stuff I deal mistly with the west Kempsey branch as it's closer to me and where I opened my account. All the staff are helpful and efficient and friendly. Very business like. Wendy there has been extra helpful and so I usually ask to talk with her if I need extra help with something relating to my account.
No expensive monthly fees. I earn more interest with coastline than with a bank. Well worth the changeover.
You need to have a lot of money in your account before the interest is any where near enough to cover the fees and charges. It is my money after all!

I have been with Coastline for over twenty years, and during those years there have been good times and bad. Whatever time it has been in my life, Coastline has helped me, and I really appreciate it. The staff are all friendly and helpful, and it is great to see them move up in the Credit Union, and know who you are talking too.
Usually do business online - however staff always helpful and friendly when I do have to go into a branch. However, don't particularly like their new branch in the main street of Kempsey. Parking is a bit of a problem.
