Rams does not offer SMS coded identificaiton to their APP which is a security risk. Their customer service is underresourced, and I have had mixed experiences in the quality of service and answers to questions. The online functionality does not offer the same features and benefits as other banks and their fees are high. Rams is an affiliate of Westpac, with the same interest rates, but is the "no frills" option.
It’s a good financial institution. However, I’d like it if they had a visa debit card, it’s annoying that I need to keep my credit cards with my other banks. Customer service it great, but I have no branches near me so there is a delay to deposit money if I bank it with their affiliated bank.
ATM withdrawal limit is low and also Rams does not have payid or Osko. You cannot have access to your funds in an emergency, especially if it is weekend. If you guys don’t have branches, at least provide decent turn around times for transfers and for god sake start NPP.

Better interest rates than most. Quick transfers and easy.
Very high interest rates, easy to join and maintain and I never get sick of RAMS.
RAMS online saver was great. Simple, easy, no fees and user friendly online service. I couldn't ask for any more, apart from a higher interest rate!
