The choice of term can be as little as 5 months or as long as a couple of years and after looking around their interest rates on the term deposit accounts are very competitive! Their customer service is exceptional, I was very happy with the depth of explanation and how my questions about the accounts were answered. Overall, fantastic product by NAB.

Yeshelpful bank officers, always polite
I find that if you ask for the best possible rate at the time the bank officer will generally go out of their way to help you. It's best to have some figures from other banks to help you get the interest rate that you want. Full review
