As a current full time student, I pay no annual credit card fee and access a range of great features. I can receive an additional card for a family member or friend at no extra cost, which is convenient for my husband & I. I also have access to an exclusive online booking service for theatre, musical and sporting events. Awesome! My Commonwealth Bank Low Fee credit card is also accepted at over 32 million locations around the world which encourages me to travel! Gotta love that!

I discovered there had been entries on my account that I hadn't made. Approached the Bank and had the card immediately cancelled. They then took the necessary steps to ensure that I was reimbursed for these transactions, provided a new card and happily checked the numbers had changed, were extremely helpful and friendly when consulted further in relation to this problem. Have kept me constantly updated on progress of this problem and are just a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend the staff at this Branch without hesitation.

As I am studying and working full time, i needed a credit card with a low fees and low interest rates. The offer that i got from CBA was very good at the time. The card is fulfilling my needs currently. It is nothing special i.e. competitive among other credit cards offered through the big4. One con is that CBA is always trying to up my limit, i get reminders online and through the mail. In my opinion i can judge my own finances and if i did need an increase in my limit that i would take appropriate measures through the bank. This credit card is still perfect for someone is the same boat and needs to put a few extra purchases.

The service from the staff is great and usually very efficient, however it can become annoying with constantly being offered to increase your card's limit. This is something that I am certainly not interested in, and think if they want to appear that they actually care about you not getting into debt by using money which isn't real, then it should be an application process which is approved instead of offering huge sums of money to people that can't afford to pay it off.

Let's be honest, credit cards aren't the most loved thing among middle class people due to the volatility and dangerous circumstances people can get themselves in with interest rates and repayments (aka) spending above their means But its not all doom and gloom. My personal experience has been up and down with credit cards (and I'm sure yours has to). Internet banking and online shopping and not forgetting the overall convenience of that little piece of plastic has brought to people that simply can't pay any other way or cannot afford to at that time. In conclusion i am pro credit card it is another piece of the puzzle in future luxury and technology.

No rewards with this card. I basically couldn't qualify for a credit card because I am self employed! So the Commonwealth Bank were the only company that would give me a credit card. I always pay my card on time, so I don't tend to worry too much ... Full review

I believe that the interest rate should be no more than 9.5% and there should be no annual fee. The Gilliard government should/needs to be tougher with the banks. It is not fair that the banks are making big profits and not passing any of it on to us their customers.
