      ANZ Car Insurance provided the car insurance for me at almost 30-40% cheaper than other insurance provider. Also, you do not need to worry about customer service when you are dealing with ANZ. I made a claim nearly 2 years ago for a car accident (which was my fault) and I was happily astonished that it just took me a couple of minutes to make that claim. The customer rep on the other line just asked me the name of the other person involved in the accident, the amount for the damage and my insurance policy number. So far I have recommended few of my friends and my girlfriend to take a policy from them and would recommend anyone to do the same.

      When we bought our new car, this insurer had the best rate and policy features at the time. We have since renewed with this same insurer with the premium only rising slightly. The premium can be paid monthly through direct debit from your account.       Full review

      Very comprehensive level of cover with inclusions like no excess for windscreen chips and other cover that our previous insurance only had as options that you paid extra for. A little bit more expensive than most but taking into account the inclusions great value for money. (We do also get a rebate for having other policies with them)

      We received a very competitive quote for our first 2 cars. However, when we sold one car & went to insure the new car they were not very helpful. Their quote was much higher than the others & they weren't prepared to offer any discount or price matching, even though we were an existing rating 1 customer. Sadly we had to go elsewhere & now only have one car insured with them.
