    Having been with other major banks before, I find ANZ's customer service - in relation to affability, professionalism and competence - vastly better than the others with whom I experienced some "horror stories". I'm only a small player with a small account/product but I'm still treated as though I were the most important account holder in the branch by people who actually want to help and treat you as a person not a number. I have put a couple of friends and relatives onto ANZ, solely for the level of customer service - which you don't seem to get anywhere else anymore, and they have simiarlarly found it superior to the rest.

    I've been with my bank since I was 14 years old. I'm now 22, almost 23. :) I've never had any problems with ANZ they've never charged me too much for something, rarely a long wait on the phone, always helpful and easy to understand whether in pers...       Full review 

    I've been with my bank since I was 14 years old. I'm now 22, almost 23. :) I've never had any problems with ANZ they've never charged me too much for something, rarely a long wait on the phone, always helpful and easy to understand whether in person or over the phone. Good interest rates although I'm not too great at saving but I'm slowly getting there, got to start somewhere. I honestly would reccommend my bank because I always get great customer service and I hear complaints about other banks yet I can't complain.

    Firstly it is easy to apply and receive the card. You can choose the coulor of the card from a list. It's no more difficult to you than a credit card. I have had no trouble in using the account and it is easy to transfer money to the account any time of the day using internet banking.

    ANZ has no interest in their customers other than to make money. Today no one should have any loyalty to any financial institution because they don't care a cracker about their customers. Go with the best deal for you.       Full review
