      In reviewing this product, I would make comment that although it is not the best on the market it is certainly not the worst. Unfortunately the service or lack of in obtaining as well as ongoing enquiries has been very poor. It was extremely difficult to speak with a qualified person who can make decisions and make things happen, coupled with phone calls from their O/s call centre making misinformed statemements. (No internal communication) I would suggest that they would put themselves in a better position within the market if they worked on there personal service.

      My husband and I have found the greatest feature about this product is the ability to 'split' the LOC into different amounts. For example, it can be for personal spending, expenses associated with investments, education expenses etc. This is exa...       Full review 

      My husband and I have found the greatest feature about this product is the ability to 'split' the LOC into different amounts. For example, it can be for personal spending, expenses associated with investments, education expenses etc. This is exactly what my husband and I have done which makes preparation of our tax returns each year so much easier. And, because we have all of our loans packaged, there are no additional fees! Although we have opted not to fix the interest rate any portion of our LOC, this is also an option that may suit many users of this product. Finally, the interest rate on a LOC is far more competitive than a personal loan. I recommended this product to a friend who had a personal loan for the purchase of a vehicle. She saved 4% on her interest rate simply by switching to a LOC with BankSA. One more thing! As you pay this off (and the interest rate is less than half of that for a credit card!) the funds continue to be available. I highly recommend this product as it can suit a variety of personal situations.

      We have been banking with them for over 3 years now and we've never had any real problems. We did get hacked online once and they refunded us the money, which we were very pleased about, and thankful for. I think they won best lender in 2009 so ...       Full review

I think they won best lender in 2009 so thats good as well. they are quite competitive and have low or no fees. We think they are the best bank currently.
