I like that Bendigo Bank is open on a saturday also they have a good 24 hour phone service however they do have monthly fees if you go over the allowable number of transactions. I find the staff friendly and easy to deal with generally. The staff are ever so friendly and happy to answer any questions that we have about our home loan. The loan has a redraw facility even though it is on a fixed rate. A lot of the other banks won't allow a redraw or have extra payments paid in whilst we are on a fixed rate. I like the low monthly account keeping fee but I dislike the way the fees are structured as this wasn't explained to us thoroughly when we first opened the account.
