  We had a great experience with the Bendigo Bank, even after signing up for our home loan I can ring and talk him at any stage and if he is unable to help me he puts me on to the person that can.       Full review

  The Bendigo seem to kick you further down when the chips are down. They don't seem to give you any leeway for past history or loyalty. For a company's motto saying it's start with you and their here as a community bank. On the bright side, the lo...       Full review 

  The Bendigo seem to kick you further down when the chips are down. They don't seem to give you any leeway for past history or loyalty. • So much better than the Commonwealth

  Changed to Bendigo in a hurry when the commonwealth nearly lost us the house we were purchasing by messing up our loan. Bendigo promply arranged finance at a competitive rate.       Full review

  Most banks offer the same product, whereas Bendigo Bank offers real SERVICE, and their staff here are first class. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They even called me from the local branch to remind me that l needed to do something by the du...       Full review 

  Most banks offer the same product, whereas Bendigo Bank offers real SERVICE, and their staff here are first class. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They even called me from the local branch to remind me that l needed to do something by the due date, so l could save myself some money. Cannot state how highly l rate them against other banks.   I felt extremely comfortable asking my bank manager even the most simplest questions as i dont really have a lot of knowledge about this sort of stuff. It was the first time ive done anything thing like this before and he was very patient with me and went through things step by step with me. He made sure that i understood everything clearly. I went to another bank prior to going to the Bendigo Bank but was not confident or comfortable there. I was recommended the Bendigo Bank and would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends.
