She even sent us a cute outfit as a gift when our baby was born!

I have found Bendigo bank to be very helpful in setting up the homeloan. It was all very well explained. When i refixed my homeloan it was ince and straightforward with everything that i needed to know explained to me. I dont have any issues with Bendigo Bank. I find them to be a low-key friendly bank that are never too busy to help.

Open Saturday mornings, service is second to none. Other banks told me it couldn't be done, Bendigo told me they would find a way to make it happen and they did.

Bendigo Bank helped us when our bank of 15 years wouldn't even give us the time of day to get a home loan. Now we have been with them for 10 years and they have just been fantastic. Letting us know when to renegotiate for cheaper rates and when to fix the rate. They are also terrifically understanding when times get tough and you only have to pick up the phone to talk to them any time there is a problem.

I like the bendigo bank and thay have been verry helpfull. there are a few drew backs in the product i have, its not the cheapest credit rating around. the other thing is i asked for my payments to be deducted fortnightly, this is done, but is not credeted to my morgage account untill the end of the month so i do not get the benifit to my account. the bank is not close to me eather although there is plans to make a bendigo- comunity bank soon in the area.

When going through our home loan and rates, our bank manager knew exactly what to do and had answers to all of our questions. He was efficient and quick. After it all went through we had some issues with the bank he was the first point of contact and resolved all our issues within days with a good outcome. He is always there when needed and responds to all our queries straight away. They have competitive interest rates and good fees, nothing crazy. I believe people should be aware of this bank and what they can offer.

When they were Adelaide Bank service and help was fantastic. Once it changed hands to Bendigo it's focus has changed and definitely more about the profit than the customer. Limited ATM'S poor customer service and very unwilling to suggest or offer any new products.
