| I had no problem with my loan until I had paid it off, once I had paid it off I was still being charged fees for 3 months and had to contact them to stop this and finalise my loan which, because I paid it of early cost me more money. Was disappointed no effort was made to contact me once my loan was paid off. They were helpful on the phone however I will never loan with the Commonwealth Bank again. Reviewed 1 day ago |

| I have banked with the Commonwealt5h Bank for 30 years and when I applied for a loan to assist me both personally and in my business I was turned down. All the way through the process i was assured that every thing would be fine. I then, in fact, had to ring over and over only finally to hear that they had knocked me back.
