The rates are one of the lowest around. The 100% offset account is great. The staff, through internet/phone banking and at the bank, have always been helpful and friendly. Taken in and conned with the offer of great service and honesty. Took less than 12 months to realize what a greedy high charging bank my wife and myself had signed up to.
