If you’re a small business owner, dreaming of an end of year holiday, you may not know it, but there are more ways than one to get you to where you want to go.

Popular SME payment solution, Live eftpos, and Qantas Business Rewards have teamed up to offer Aussie businesses the opportunity to earn Qantas Points every time customers spend.

Yep that’s right, every time the customer spends.

And what’s even juicier is at the moment, businesses can earn up to 500,000 bonus Qantas Points for the first 60 days from account approval, on top of the standard uncapped earn-rate of up to 1 point for every $1 spent.

This offer is exclusively for new customers who sign up to Live eftpos black.

“Our partnership with Qantas Business Rewards lets business owners earn Qantas Points on their customer transactions, and helps them get away on that well-deserved holiday sooner,” CEO at Live group, Reuven Barukh said.

“Running a small business can be hard work, so we’re making it more rewarding for Live eftpos customers.”

While your business must be a member of the Qantas Business Rewards program to earn Qantas Points, Live eftpos will waive the one-off $89.50 joining fee if you apply online.

Everything you need to know about Live eftpos black

Live eftpos black is a mobile payment device, which allows businesses to take payments from all sorts of payment types like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, eftpos, Union Pay and Zip.

The company boasts about practising  full transparency when it comes to pricing, promising “you know what you pay with every single transaction.” Live eftpos charges 2.355% on Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club transactions, while charging 2.00% for debit cards. There are also no set-up or exit fees, annual fees and or lock-in contract obligations.

Just bear in mind, a rental fee for the device could be applicable to your business as well as a 2.00% fee for specific industries like Charity, Education, Utility Providers, Insurance, Service Stations, Supermarkets/Grocery Stores or Transit.

After more points? How about a Business Rewards Credit Card!

If your holiday dreams are a bit bigger than a hop, skip and a jump, you may need to consider a business rewards credit card to help maximise your Qantas Points count.

There’s a bunch of cards to choose from, with some cards allowing you to directly earn Qantas Points every time you spend, while others allow you to convert their own rewards program points to Qantas Points.

So to make things a little easier, here are all the Qantas Points credit card options for businesses in the Mozo database:
